Application:

The twins industry GSF-3500-PTO is indispensable for the professional removal of larger roots or tree stumps with high throughput. It is driven directly by a tractor's power take-off shaft. This requires a tractor power of 40 to 110 hp. With 32 high-performance Greenteeth 900 cutting teeth, tree stumps between 55 cm above and 60 cm below ground level can be effectively shredded. The electric remote control with a 4-metre cable is equipped with two joysticks that control the milling wheel lift/lower, left/right swivel and telescopic arm extend/retract functions and can swivel the side rubber skirts.  

The twins industry GSF-3500-PTO is a professional root grinder and stump grinder with electro-hydraulic control via two joysticks. The remote control allows you to directly monitor the operation of the milling wheel – protected by two hydraulically adjustable rubber skirts – for optimum working results. The operator of the root cutter can choose their location freely. The uncomfortable position from the tractor seat is a thing of the past. The cutting wheel can be positioned hydraulically in all directions effortlessly, quickly and precisely.

 Technology:

The drive train of the GSF-3500 root grinder is located inside the overall structure and is therefore very well protected from external damage. The robust design of the root cutter includes a wide-angle drive shaft that is located exactly in the middle between lifting, lowering and lateral swivelling. This means that there is hardly any wear on the universal joints of the drive shaft. 

The root cutter also has a height-adjustable push blade. This allows the cutter drive to be optimally adapted to any tractor size. The push blade is also ideal for levelling the ground after completion of the work, so that hardly any reworking is necessary. The low-maintenance drive train has a lubrication interval of 40 hours.

The swivel range of the milling disc with its 32 tungsten carbide milling teeth is 195 cm. This means that even trees with extensive root fields can be processed without having to move the tractor several times. Milling can be carried out 55 cm above and 60 cm below the surface. In addition, the milling wheel can be extended and retracted by 50 cm so that the tractor rarely needs to be moved, even at greater ranges.

The stump grinder comes with German instructions, is fully assembled and requires very little time to set up and start using.
