Application:

The Twins Industry SB reverse tiller, also called Stone Burier, which is describing its function best, is the ideal tiller for preparing the soil for sowing. The reverse tiller can be mounted to any tractor with a Cat I three point hitch with the option of a manually adjusted side shift of up to 120mm to adjust to your tractor´s width. There are four tiller versions to choose from with working widths from 105 to 165cm and an adjustable working depth of up to 12cm.

Technical :

The Stone Burier is driven by the tractor´s PTO shaft attached to a heavy gear box. Die blade rotor of the tiller is driven by a maintenance-free chain, running in an oil bath. Depending on the working width of the stone burrier tiller, there are up to 32 individually exchangable blades mounted on the rotor shaft. The heavy duty spring steel blades of the Victory SB reverse tiller each have a weight of 550gr and loosen even hard and heavy soil up to 120mm deep turning at 220rpm rotor speed. Each flange of the rotor shaft is equipped with 4 blades to run smoothly through the soil.

The massive, powder coated housing of the reverse tiller is made of 4mm steel and the side walls of the stone burrier have an impressive 8mm strength to hold the laser balanced rotor shaft with up to 32 boron-steel blades.

The reinforced free wheel transmission lets the blade shaft turn, once the PTO is switched off, so that its movement will not be transferred to the tractor.

The Twins Industry stone burrier can be shifted by 120mm to the side manually when mounting to the tractor, to perfectly adjust the tiller to your tractors track width.

The reverse tiller function is ingeniously simple. The blade rotor turns contrary to the forward direction, picks up the soil  and throws it against a steel grid. Stones and sods are separated and then buried to a depth of 12 cm and are finally covered with the remaining fine crumbled soil.

The rear flap is height adjustable to better flatten the soil and also works as a security cover. The large 450mm diameter grid roller is levelling and pressing the soil depending on the adjustment spindles on each side of the tiller.

The final result: a perfectly clean rolled soil surface, ready for sowing.

The Twins Industry SB stone burrier tiller is delivered with a PTO shaft with adjustable friction clutch letting you perfectly match tractor and soil condition with your reverse tiller.

The gear oil for the transmission and the oil bath is shipped together with the tiller.
