Application

The Twin-industry EFGCH flail mower series comes with a reinforced free-wheel transmission from Comer Italy. With an available working width of up to 195cm the massive EFGCH flail mowers can be perfectly adjusted to the power and width of your tractor and the job that needs to be done.The new Twin-industry EFGCH flail mowers now come with the Twin-industry Power Efficiency  technology. If your tractor supports 1000rpm PTO speed in addition to the standard 540rpm speed, you can use your new Twin-industry EFGCH flail mower also with the highspeed option. Just swap the two pulleys from the belt drive against each other and you can reach same mowing performance with higher efficiency and less fuel consumption. Save fuel with the new Twin-industry Power Efficiency technology at no extra cost from the first meter.

Technology

Depending on the working width, EFGCH flail mowers come with 18 to 28 of our forged and galvanized 800 g high performance flail hammers. The newly designed exchangable counter knives inside the mower housing help to efficiently shred all material to guarantee a perfect mowing result.

The heavy ball-bearing mounted self cleaning rear roller can be set to different mowing heights from 20 to 75mm.  The mower´s height adjustable side skids avoid that the flail hammers can touch the ground even in rough environment. Starting from model year 2020 we are using solid stainless steel grease nipples. An additional support leg on the front of the housing improves storage stability. A CE approved PTO shaft comes with the shipment and can be used for an 80cm to 110cm connection length but can be shortened according to your demands.

The practical 500mm hydraulic side-shift systgem not only saves manoeuvring in narrow corners but also makes mowing underneath fences or arround trees a lot faster and easier. This function requires one double-acting hydraulic control valve on your tractor.

2 litre of our special gear oil is included in the shipment. Due to logistic reasons our machines come without fluids, oil or grease filled in.  BEFORE FIRST USE please carefully read the multi lingual user manual.
